In the heart of Wales, innovation meets agriculture.

Molecwl Cyf, an inclusive forward-thinking community lead collaboration, has partnered with organisations such as EnWave Corporation, Swansea University, local community and county councils, local businesses and landowner based in the Welsh town of Llanelli to transform the way natural resources are preserved, processed and valued.

The project is being developed in line with the aims and objectives of the wellbeing of future generations act 2015 and guiding framework principles of the circular economy.

Moleciwl is founded on the core principles of this Act, integrating its values into our strategic direction and everyday activities.

We actively collaborate with stakeholders, building strong partnerships across sectors to create lasting impact.

To turn Moleciwls dream into a reality, the first location is currently under development by a team of local volunteers and local businesses.

Plans also include: A well being hub to support local communities, veterans and local farmers

Moleciwl has gratefully received support by Project Helix part of Food Innovation Wales funded by Welsh Government rural development program.

Future Guardian Governance 2.0

Moleciwl aligning their governance with Riversimple which has pioneered an innovative governance model designed to align the interests of all stakeholders involved in its operations.

Central to this approach is the establishment of six Custodians, each representing a fundamental aspect of modern society: the Environment, Customers, Community, Staff, Investors, and Commercial Partners.

These Custodians are not merely advisory; they are integral to the company’s ownership structure, ensuring that decision-making processes consider the well-being of all parties. The Board’s primary duty is to pursue the company’s Purpose while balancing and protecting the benefit streams of all six stakeholder groups, rather than maximizing the value of one.

This structure fosters a partnership model where no single entity holds disproportionate control, promoting a harmonious balance between financial success and societal benefit. By embedding this multi-stakeholder governance framework, just as Riversimple – Moleciwl aims to create a resilient and profitable business that serves the broader interests of society, the environment and our shared sense of multicultural well-being.
